Return Policy
We are here to help make the return process as quick and easy as possible.
To request instructions on how to return an item to us that you have already purchased, please contact us toll-free at 1-800-333-1350 or email us at returns@officenation.com.

All items must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, including UPC, manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Office supplies:
You can return office supplies up to 90 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
Janitorial supplies:
You can return janitorial supplies up to 90 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
Breakroom supplies:
You can return all non-food, breakroom supplies up to 90 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Please note that FDA regulations prevent the return of all food items.
Furniture:
Any stocked furniture item in new condition, unassembled and in the original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom–ordered and custom–assembled furniture is made and/or assembled to your specifications, so it’s only returnable if it’s defective when you receive it.
Technology/Software:
You can return unopened software that we currently sell for a full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Due to manufacturer policies, opened software may only be exchanged for the same title and version.
Technology/Hardware:
Defective items:-Within 14 days of the date of delivery, we will gladly repair, or exchange for replacement with the same item, all defective technology items. We’ll even cover the shipping cost to return a defective item to our returns warehouse when the item is being exchanged for the identical item.

Non-defective items excluding all notebooks/laptops and all Acer, Apple, Cisco, and IBM/Lenovo products:-
Within 14 days of the date of delivery, we will gladly issue a refund for the cost of the item being returned less an amount to cover shipping expenses we incurred in delivering the item to you under our free freight promotion. This amount varies based on the weight of the item being returned and the method of shipping. Please note that this amount may be significant due to the cost that we incur when shipping items via FedEx overnight delivery.

Non-defective notebooks/laptops and all Acer, Apple, Cisco, and IBM/Lenovo products:-
Due to manufacturer policies, these items may only be returned for repair or replacement with the same item if the product is determined to be defective by the manufacturer. Please contact us toll-free at 1-800-333-1350 with your questions or concerns.
