| Delivery is free on most orders over $100.00. We ship from 35 regional warehouses located around the United States. Most office, janitorial and breakroom products ship via UPS ground with an estimated 96% of orders being delivered free of charge the very next business day. Orders with a total shipping weight in excess of 1000 lbs and product too bulky or heavy for UPS will be shipped via common carrier. For these shipments, a loading dock is required. If one is not available, the driver will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you will be responsible for unloading the items. Inside delivery is available for an additional charge in these cases. Items under $400 that ship Common Carrier will require an additional $55 fee for shipping costs. Orders over $100.00
2-5 Business day delivery is free on most orders over $100.00. Orders with a total shipping weight over 150 lbs may be shipped via common carrier. For these shipments, a loading dock is required. Delivery is free on most orders over $50.00. In most cases, furniture items will be delivered to a ground floor location in the manufacturer’s shipping carton. Some items are delivered by a common carrier. For these shipments, a loading dock is required. If one is not available, the driver will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you will be responsible for unloading the items. Assembly is available for an additional charge and can be arranged with a customer care representative at 1-800-333-1350. This service generally includes inside delivery, unpacking, set up, and removal of debris.

An estimated delivery time frame is provided at the time you place your order. These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items on your order.
Orders that qualify for free delivery will clearly be marked as such and no delivery charge will be applied during the checkout process. Your order does not qualify for free delivery if a delivery charge is applied during the checkout process. Business days are defined as Monday – Friday. National holidays are excluded. Orders placed on Friday after 5 pm EST will ship on Monday.
We are currently not able to deliver to addresses outside of the United States and to Postal and APO/FPO mail boxes.
