TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, OfficeNation shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. OfficeNation shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, OfficeNation shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

OfficeNation EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE OfficeNation SITE OR ITS USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU AGREE THAT OfficeNation, ITS SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES SHALL HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE OfficeNation SITE, ITS OPERATION, CONTENTS, INFORMATION, MATERIALS AND/OR YEAR 2000 COMPLIANCE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER HARDWARE, DATA, INFORMATION, MATERIALS AND/OR BUSINESS RESULTING FROM THE AFOREMENTIONED CONTAINED ON THE OfficeNation SITE OR THE LACK THEREOF AVAILABLE ON THE OfficeNation SITE.

OfficeNation SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR:
(a) ANY LOSS OR INJURY CAUSED, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, BY ITS ACTIONS, OMISSIONS, OR NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR CONTINGENCIES BEYOND ITS CONTROL, IN PROCURING, COMPILING, OR DELIVERING SERVICES, INFORMATION OR DATA ON THE OfficeNation SITE;
(b) ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR INACCURACIES IN THE SERVICES, INFORMATION OR DATA ON THE OfficeNation SITE, REGARDLESS OF HOW CAUSED, OR DELAYS OR INTERRUPTIONS IN DELIVERY OF THE SERVICES, INFORMATION OR DATA; OR
(c) ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN OR NOT TAKEN IN RELIANCE UPON THE SERVICES, INFORMATION OR DATA FURNISHED HEREUNDER.

OfficeNation reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. OfficeNation reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $10,000 (U.S. Dollars) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by OfficeNation. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO OfficeNation ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON THE OfficeNation’S SITE SHALL BE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. IN NO EVENT SHALL OfficeNation, ITS SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, AND/OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT SOLD. THIS IN NO WAY AFFECTS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY ON ANY PRODUCT SOLD, IF ANY.

JURISDICTION AND VENUE
You agree that any legal action brought against OfficeNation, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys or other representatives, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made of the OfficeNation Site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Cook County, Illinois.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
Title to any goods purchased from the OfficeNation site is retained by the Seller until such goods are paid for in full by the Purchaser, after which title passes to the Purchaser. If any goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, it is the Purchaser’s sole responsibility to appropriate export documentation from the United States Government before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers’ warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. OfficeNation, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, and/or representatives shall not be liable in any way relative to the exportation of goods purchased on the OfficeNation site.
